By accessing or using SoftDocket, you agree to these Terms. If you are using SoftDocket on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
1. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, or use SoftDocket to process data you do not have lawful basis to process.
2. Subscription & payment
Subscriptions are per-unit per-month, billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Custom enterprise terms are agreed in a Master Service Agreement.
3. Liability
SoftDocket's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
4. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
