Is GST included in the listed price?+
- No. Prices are exclusive of GST. We add 18% GST on Indian invoices and issue a GST-compliant tax invoice within 24 hours of payment.
Do you offer an annual discount?+
- Yes. Annual billing is the default and reflected in the price you see. Monthly billing is available on request at a 15% premium.
Can we migrate from an existing system?+
- Yes. On Growth and Enterprise, our onboarding team handles data import from spreadsheets, MyGate, ApnaComplex, Tally, and custom ERPs. Most migrations finish in 2–4 weeks.
Can we deploy on-prem or in our own cloud?+
- Enterprise plans support on-prem, private VPC, and sovereign-cloud deployments. We provide deployment scripts, runbooks, and a managed-upgrade SLA.
What does the 14-day pilot include?+
- On Growth and Enterprise, you get a fully provisioned tenant with up to 50 units, 10 users, and all integrations active for 14 days. No card required.
Do you sign a DPA or MSA?+
- Yes. Standard DPA and MSA are available on first request. We will also complete vendor security questionnaires (CAIQ, SIG Lite) for Enterprise customers.
What happens if we outgrow our plan?+
- Move up at any time — billing is prorated and no data migration is required. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Can we cancel anytime?+
- Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans cancel at renewal. We do not charge cancellation fees on any plan.
